Foresee and Company was founded on the belief that a diverse, fair, and sensitive workplace is the key to attracting and retaining top talent, building lasting brand equity, and improving the bottom line.

America is experiencing an unprecedented level of racial and gender awareness which is naturally extending to boardrooms and C-suites as consciousness of toxic cultures takes hold. This has led to mandates for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs that have often proven to be ineffective and sometimes amount to little more than a box being checked. We believe that workplace bias can be addressed and eroded by using values-based assessments and strategic programs rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

At Foresee and Company, we are passionate about partnering with organizations to identify and address racial, gender, identity expression, age, and cultural bias in order to create a more equitable world, one company at a time.

Foresee and Company is the only certified values-based bias assessment organization in the Southeast.  We use a values system with seven indicators that reveals bias tendencies in groups, pinpointing issues in specific departments or locations. This insight provides leadership with an earnest and data-based look at the issues that are negatively impacting their company culture, employee retention, and productivity, and potentially affecting their bottom line.

With organization-specific knowledge, we are able to strategically customize programs and solutions that directly address the actual biases found by region, management level, or department, as needed.
